Patriarch Kirill hat im Moskauer Gefängnis Matrosskaja Tischina den Grundstein für eine Kirche geweiht. An der Zeremonie für den Neubau, der im Rahmen des Programms „200 Kirchen“ umgesetzt wird, nahmen Mitte November zahlreiche Geistliche und Politiker teil.
